JAKARTA – The Directorate General of Diktiristek Kemendikbudristek has again opened the Batch 14 Field Work Practice program. This internship program for students opens registration until August 10, 2023.

The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Diktiristek) is one of the main units in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) which is currently led by Nadiem Anwar Makarim.

The PKL Batch 14 program provides opportunities for students to experience internships in various positions in the Public Relations and Cooperation team of the Directorate General of Higher Education for the September-December 2023 period.

General requirement

1. Students are active in tertiary institutions under the Ministry of Education and Culture
2. Have a compulsory subject to take part in the Field Work Program or an internship from the respective tertiary institution or an internship as one of the requirements for graduation
3. Master the latest programs or issues around higher education
4. Able to work individually or in a team
5. Preferably have personal working tools in accordance with the capabilities possessed
6. Ready to carry out a hybrid internship (work from home/WFH and work from office/WFO) during the internship period September-December 2023

Administrative Requirements

1. Cover letter signed by the head of the tertiary institution and addressed to the Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education and Culture, including the internship position applied for
2. Student Identity Card and Study Plan Card attaching Internship Courses/KKl/Job Training/etc
3. CV containing recent photograph and portfolio in accordance with the field applied for (PDF format or links for videos and animations)
4. A letter of willingness to take part in the apprenticeship program to completion and carry out all tasks properly signed on a stamp duty

Formations and Requirements

1. Social Media Specialist and Copy Writer

– Have a good understanding of the management of various social media platforms
– Have copywriting skills for social media content
– Have social media analysis skills
– Mastering Indonesian properly and correctly according to EYD
– Communicative, creative and innovative in managing social media

2. Graphic designer

– Proficient in various design programs, preferably Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and others
– Mastering and able to apply the basic principles of visual design
– Able to create a visualization of the message to be conveyed

3. Videographer and Motion

– Mastering video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and others
– Have experience in the relevant field
– Master the basic techniques of videography and photography

4. Content Creator

– Experienced in creating creative content
– Have a passion in social media, preferably TikTok
– Having skills in shooting techniques and simple editing processes
– Follow the latest developments or trends in social media

5. Public Relations

– Have the ability to write press releases and news according to journalistic rules
– Having the ability to analyze news and issues, planning communications, and evaluating communications

6. Cooperation

– Students studying International Relations, English Literature, and the like
– Active and proficient in English both spoken and written and can attach a TOEFL / IELTS certificate for those who have it
– Interested in education issues and domestic and international cooperation
