Anurag Kashyap is a director who has always created his own fan following in Bollywood. Now, after a gap of four years, an Anurag Kashyap film is all set to hit the theatres. The title of the film is Dobara. Taapsee Pannu is the heroine. The film also stars Pavail Gulati, Nasser and Rahul Bhatt in lead roles. The trailer of the film has been released.
Dobara is a remake of the 2018 Spanish film Mirash. The adapted screenplay of the film which belongs to the mystery drama genre is Nihit Bhave. The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures. The last film directed by Anurag to hit the theaters was Manmarsian released in 2018. But Anurag had made two films for Netflix. One of these was a short film in the anthology Ghost Stories. Another is the film Choked, starring Saiyami Kher and Roshan Mathew.
