Here is the DOC24 app, a real Digital Clinic, portal for all ICC services
International Care Company, a leading Italian company in assistance services listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces the launch of the new DOC24 portal, a Digital Clinic reserved for ICC customers through which to take advantage of all the latest generation services in the Digital Health and Telemedicine sector.
Through a new website, completely renewed in terms of User Interface and User Experience and which will be unveiled to customers at the end of February, customers will be able to easily access the services that until now were only accessible via the app or by calling the 24-hour operations center. : medical video consultation, vital parameters monitoring and medical alert, home services and Covid-19 assistance are just some of the services available to ICC customers, in addition to the possibility of accessing the capillary network of pharmacies and specialized structures that are partners of International Care Company.
The Medical Passport service has also been integrated into the new ICC Digital Clinic: a personal reserved area where each customer can enter and always have their medical “history” available, adding reports, diagnostic and blood tests and medical prescriptions and where they can always check the evolution of monitoring data of their vital signs.
A new announcement of fundamental importance for the newly listed company, testifying to its ability to operate across the digital assistance market and to be a pioneer of innovation in a a sector worth over 1.5 billion euros in Italy and which is destined for further prospective growth, thanks to the important boost – estimated at 15 billion euros – envisaged by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
