Dr. Khaled Qassem, chief orthodontist, said that there are 4 habits that lead to toothache.
He added that these habits, which may be daily, are the use of charcoal toothpaste, drinking lemon water, drinking apple cider vinegar, and consuming sweetened juices in abundance – according to Al-Arabiya -.
He advised Qasim to reduce sweetened drinks, and to be careful to brush the teeth in the morning and evening to avoid tooth decay.
And the necessity of dividing the daily meals because eating a little food does not cause a large amount of bacteria that lead to cavities.
