This is being discussed now,” the official explained.

STC specializes in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including speech recognition and synthesis and computer vision. The company is developing dozens of technologies in various areas – telephone conversation recording systems, voice alerts, speech synthesizers, biometric access, etc. In 2019, STC entered the Sber ecosystem: the bank then bought 51% of the company from Gazprombank. After that, the bank began to use the company’s developments in its services. Until mid-May 2022, STC remained in the Sber ecosystem, but on May 17, New Opportunities JSC, controlled by Tatyana Portnykh, became the sole owner of the company.
