During an ongoing operational activity, the police officers of the Tel Aviv District noticed an inverted kayak near the Tel Baruch beach in Tel Aviv.

The policemen approached the kayak and noticed a man in the water and exhausted, who could not turn the kayak and get on it and at the request of the policemen, even signaled to them that he was in distress and needed their help.

The maritime police officers pulled the man safely and securely out of the water and dragged the kayak to shore. “The Israel Police calls on the public to be guarded during activities and rowing at sea, with an emphasis on,” the police said.

The police recommend: surfing with partners, as much as possible, leaving a contact on the beach, carrying a mobile phone in a watertight facility, prudent close and lateral surfing to the shoreline, which allows a safe and independent return to the beach.
