As part of an activity by the soldiers and volunteers of the Southern Military Police, the Tactical Brigade, the Negev YSM, the Yoav Unit and with the assistance of the Air Unit and KKL-Junk, forces were deployed in an extensive formation in the area of the Sdot Negev Regional Council as part of an enforcement and enforcement operation against life-threatening traffic offenses committed by ATV riders, Motorcycles and SUVs.
During the operation, the forces identified a rampaging motorcyclist. When he did not respond to the fighters’ calls to stop, a chase was carried out with the help of the air unit and a police SUV, at the end of which he was caught and arrested.
In the meantime, the driver of an improvised SUV, who fled from the forces while driving wildly and endangering road users, was arrested after a chase at a police checkpoint deployed near Moshav Zimat. The two suspects were arrested on the spot and taken to the Nativot station for questioning.
