“The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall was financed by French President Emmanuel Macron and other Western leaders.”
Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, wrote about this on the “Telegram” channel.
It should be noted that on March 22, unknown persons entered “Crocus City Hall” located in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, Russia and opened fire on people. The incident happened before the concert of “Piknik” group. As a result of the terrorist act, at least 144 people were killed and 551 people were injured.
“Albirs. There are many of them. Their circle is expanding and includes property, money givers, organizers of the movement, training to fire, etc. Everything is clear with them too. They will all answer. Other albirs or international sponsors of terrorists are more It’s interesting. And here, unfortunately, the situation is like this – those forces include high-ranking officials of NATO countries. They are different. The same Macron. His rhetoric can be evaluated as directly supporting the terrorist act committed on March 22. That is why champagne snails the man was so disgraced that he and then the people around him had to declare that France was not involved in this terrorist attack,” wrote D. Medvedev.
D. Medvedev’s statement is a serious enough accusation and cannot be unequivocally ignored.
Although he is described as a statesman who makes impulsive and sometimes extremely aggressive statements in Western countries and media, D. Medvedv is a person who is well acquainted with the internal “kitchen” of the Kremlin and has official and non-public information.
His statement was, of course, unequivocally denied by official Paris. The French embassy in Azerbaijan dismissed this statement as “disgraceful”.
Actually, what happened and why did Dmitry Medvedev make such a harsh statement?
Let’s go back a bit to answer the question.
During a telephone conversation with his French counterpart Sebastien Lecorneau on April 4, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu emphasized that there were “information that Western countries or one of their countries” was behind the terrorist attack in “Crocus Hall”.
Of course, S. Lecornyu denied this claim, said that France is ready to cooperate with Russia in the fight against terrorism, and emphasized that it is necessary to pay attention to the nuances that may indicate that the action was committed by ISIS.
France is among the countries most affected by international terrorism. Let’s not forget the infamous and bloody terrorist attacks in Paris, in which hundreds of innocent people died. French special service structures also fight against terrorism.
In addition to all this, it is emphasized that France has close or indirect ties with some terrorist organizations.
Leaving allegations and emotional statements aside, we can say that a number of French companies, as well as special service structures, maintain relations with terrorist groups in various formats.
The goals are different: political, economic, humanitarian, geopolitical, military, etc.
For example, the emergence of ethnic or religious conflicts within Russia, the formation of a negative attitude towards migrants, especially Muslim migrants, destabilization and similar processes in the society meet the interests of France, which is trying to weaken the country that is conducting military operations in Ukraine, that is, Russia.
At the same time, if we remember that France fully supports Armenia and tries to minimize Russia’s influence in the South Caucasus by using Armenians as a tool, the aggravation of Russian-Azerbaijani relations is also in the sphere of interest of Paris.
Reason? It’s simple: “Crocus Hall” belongs to Azerbaijani businessman Araz Agalarov, and accusing Muslim migrants of committing a terrorist attack in this complex may aim to create an antipathetic attitude towards Muslims in general, along with Azerbaijanis, in Russian society.
We cannot say that France has no experience in this field.
Two years ago, hundreds of Yazidis sued the French cement manufacturer Lafarge, accusing one of the world’s largest cement companies of financing the ISIS terrorist organization.
In the indictment submitted to the US Federal Court of New York, it was emphasized that “Lafarge” company “entered into collusion with this group by encouraging ISIS to commit international terrorist acts.”
The Yazidis, who were captured by ISIS, demand a large amount of compensation from Lafarge.
In October 2022, Lafarge was found guilty of paying large sums of money to ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organizations. Thus, the company paid 8 million dollars to the terrorists every month to “ensure” the “normal operation” of its plant in the north of Syria.
In total, the company was fined 777.78 million dollars by the court decision.
The documentary “The Factory: A Covert French Operation” of the Turkish TV and radio company “TRT World” also talked about these dirty operations.
In the film, the connections of the French special service structures with terrorist organizations were exposed.
The country’s leadership has always had information about the relations of those French structures with ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra, PKK and other terrorist organizations. One of the people who indirectly controlled the operations of paying money to terrorist groups in Syria was Emmanuel Macron, who worked as the French Minister of Finance and Digital Economy at that time.
Just one fact: in 2013-2014, 32 secret negotiations were held between “Lafarge” and French special service structures.
It is also known that ISIS built concrete bunkers and underground tunnels with the cement it got for free from Lafarge.
In June 2016, the French newspaper “Le Monde” also published an investigation about “Lafarge” paying terrorists in order not to stop the operation of the cement plant it built in Jalabiya in the north of Syria.
In addition to Syria, there are very secret, close ties between the French special services and terrorist groups in Africa.
Thus, “Al Murabitun” and “Al Mulassamun” in the west of Africa, “Vilayat Somalia”, “The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, MEND” etc. claims about the connections of terrorist groups with special emissaries in Paris do not subside.
Mahad Maoalim and Mohammed Dulyadi, the leaders of the “Province of Somalia”, one of the most numerous affiliate groups of ISIS in Africa, who took refuge in the Galala mountains in southern Somalia, the French Directorate General for External Security (Direction générale de la Sécurité extérieure, DGSE) and the Directorate General for Research and Analysis (Direction générale des études et recherches, DGER) are emphasized.
It is Polishinel’s secret that the French special service structures have provided large-scale support to Armenian terrorism since the beginning of the last century. Paris has a direct hand in many operations, from the provision of lawyers in courts to the direct participants in the terrorist attacks and conspiracies carried out by the ASALA terrorist group against Turkish diplomats, to their subsequent release.
Much has been written about the direct participation of France in the planning of assassinations against famous members of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.
During the Second Karabakh War, the formation, arming, etc. of the “Armenian volunteers” who went from France to Yerevan and then went to Khankendi. There are acknowledgments of the Armenians themselves that Paris will cover the expenses related to
It is not enough to strongly condemn these ugly actions of France, which supports terrorism in one way or another, tries to destabilize and create conflicts in the countries it targets.
There is a serious need to develop effective international mechanisms to prevent the repetition of such acts.
Otherwise, Emmanuel Macron’s insidious strategy will not stop.
