The event took place at the Dagobertshausen estate and was organized by Andreas Pohl, the head of Deutsche Vermögensberatung. The guests present knew nothing about the pop star’s planned appearance. One employee told the newspaper enthusiastically: “The guests, including many employees, knew nothing about the mega appearance.”
A video on TikTok shows her singing the party hit “Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes and dividing the audience into men and women to find out which group can sing along louder. “Even louder,” “Men, let’s go,” and “you can go full throttle,” Helene Fischer calls out to the audience.
Helene Fischer is said to have thrilled the audience with her performance. According to the report, the singer was secretly brought to the event to make the surprise perfect. Another guest raved: “Perfectly styled and with an angelic voice, she gave the guests in attendance goosebumps.”
Fischer has performed at private concerts several times. Before the corona pandemic, for example, at the 80th birthday of construction giant Günter Papenburg in Hanover and in 2019 at the 100th birthday of the textile company Trigema in Burladingen. Trigema boss Wolfgang Grupp subsequently admitted to having paid around 700,000 euros for Helene Fischer’s performance.
