The draw for the Gulf Club Champions League, which was held today, Monday, in the Qatari capital, Doha, placed Dohuk Club, the representative of Iraq, in the first group, alongside Al-Nasr of the Emirates, Dhofar of Oman, and Al-Ahly of Sanaa of Yemen.

The second group included Al-Arabi of Qatar, Al-Ettifaq of Saudi Arabia, Al-Riffa of Bahrain, and Al-Qadisiyah of Kuwait.
The Gulf Club Champions League, in its new form, will be played from October 23, 2024 to April 15, 2025, with the participation of 8 clubs.
The Gulf Football Federation has allocated large financial prizes for the tournament, with the winner receiving $3 million, while the runner-up will receive $1 million. Individual prizes have also been allocated for the best player, best goalkeeper, and top scorer of the tournament, with an amount of $50,000 for each winner.
Each participating club will receive $300,000, and an additional $100,000 bonus if they reach the semi-finals.
The Gulf Federation grants financial rewards for travel and away matches worth $30,000 for each match away from the team’s home ground, and a reward of $30,000 for each victory during the tournament.
