The prices of the US dollar rose against the Iraqi dinar, on Monday, in Baghdad and Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, with the closure of the stock exchange.
Agency correspondent said that dollar prices rose with the closure of the main Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges in Baghdad, recording 157,600 Iraqi dinars against 100 dollars, while this morning it recorded 157,100 Iraqi dinars against 100 dollars.
Our correspondent indicated that selling prices in exchange shops in local markets in Baghdad rose, as the selling price reached 158,500 dinars for 100 dollars, while the purchase price reached 156,500 dinars for 100 dollars.
In Erbil, the dollar also recorded an increase, as the selling price reached 157,300 dinars for every 100 dollars, and the purchasing price was 157,200 dinars for every 100 dollars.
