Kimberly Cheatle took charge of the US Secret Service in September 2022. She is the 27th director of the agency. She has worked in the US Secret Service for more than 27 years. Before her appointment as Secret Service Director, she worked with PepsiCo as a Senior Director at Global Security. She was responsible for security protocols for the company’s facilities in North America. Prior to this, she worked as Assistant Director of the Office of Protective Operations in the Secret Service. In the year 2021, US President Joe Biden honored Cheatle with the Presidential Rank Award. The very next year, she was made the Director of the Secret Service.
