Donald Trump Warns Biden “Opened Up a Pandora’s Box” That Could Lead to Indictment

Former President Donald Trump issued a warning to President Joe Biden on Saturday night, during a speech at the Young Republican Club’s annual gala in New York City. Trump, who is the frontrunner in the 2024 GOP presidential primary, stated that Biden has “opened up a Pandora’s box” that could have severe consequences.

Trump accused the Biden administration of politically motivated indictments against him, as he faces four criminal investigations and over 90 counts, including federal charges. He also claimed that Biden himself risks getting indicted if Trump returns to the White House, possibly alluding to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals.

The former president’s warning comes amid concerns that he may become an authoritarian figure and abuse his power to seek retribution against his political enemies. During a recent town hall with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Trump was asked to promise that he would not “abuse power as retribution against anybody” if elected again. Trump responded in a cryptic manner, mentioning his plans to close the border and expand oil drilling on his first day back in office.

In his speech at the Young Republican Club, Trump reiterated his claim that he wants to be a dictator for “one day” if he reenters the White House, citing the desire for a border wall and increased drilling as his reasons.

This is not the first time Trump has raised concerns about potential backlash to Biden and his administration if he returns as president. In a previous statement on social media, Trump accused the Biden campaign of “throwing many indictments and lawsuits” against him and warned Republicans to be prepared for similar actions in the future.

The White House and Trump’s office have not yet responded to requests for comment on the former president’s warnings and remarks.
