With the aim of generating trust in the international community and diaspora, the organization Latinos Unidos in Massachusetts sent a donation to El Salvador, which is directed to people with disabilities.
“This is an initiative of our brothers in the diaspora, especially Lucy Pineda. She organized this donation with various altruistic people. It is a van with different items, including medical items, basic necessities, as well as white goods and recreational material,” said Minister Sol.
The donation consists of technological items, basic necessities, personal hygiene kits, toys, as well as supplies for home care for Salvadorans who are in need and do not have the resources to acquire them.
Likewise, orthopedic chairs, bath chairs, crutches, walkers, disposable diapers, clothing, shoes, toys and monitors are part of the package that will be delivered through the Housing System, prioritizing the most needy areas.
