Sports Minister Udayanidhi Stalin is in the film ‘Kannai Namade’. Aathmika, Bhumika, Prasanna, Srikanth, Vasundhara and many others have acted. Directed by M. Maran, this film will release on 17th. Udayanidhi Stalin told reporters about the film:
After watching the movie ‘Yaraku Ayaar Kansan’ directed by Maran, I called Arulnidhi who acted in it and said ‘The film is good’. ‘Vamsam’ directed by Pandiraj is the story that came to me. The director said that there should be a lot of fun in it. It was I who sent that Arulnidhi would be right for that.
Now, Arulnidhi sent the director Maran to me and told me to listen to the story. The first thing he told was a love story. I want to act in a crime thriller. Then he told such a story. That is ‘don’t believe your eyes’. Most of the shooting took place at night. Director Maran has worked hard.
The film got delayed due to Corona. This movie started 4 years ago. I don’t know if I will be active in politics when the shooting starts.
