And the pounds continue to fall away. Neither miracle pills nor stomach surgery helped Becky. In the weight loss and exercise course “Kilos leave me!”, the IT manager suddenly found fun in group exercise and healthy eating. She was supported by fitness trainer and Ironman participant Andy Schilasky (61) and Annika Kupka (43).

The self-employed master hairdresser and beautician from Marl was once a course participant with a maximum weight of 145 kilos. With the sustainable program and a lot of discipline, she lost 80 kilos in 24 months.
