The chief adviser of the interim government. Muhammad Yunus will go to New York on a short visit to attend the United Nations General Session.
On Sunday (September 1), Foreign Affairs Adviser. Tauhid Hossain informed this information.
In response to the question whether the Chief Adviser is going to the UN General Session or not, the Foreign Adviser said that it has been decided that the Chief Adviser is going to the UN General Session. Now I am going to talk to him. He will return on a very short visit. There might have been more work to do in Washington. But he will be back from New York shortly.
In response to the question of when he is going, he said, “Give some time, it will be understood later.”
Who will be meeting with whom? In response to this question, Touhid Hossain said, it must go. Something is being said. I can say that there will be some meetings. However, I can’t be specific. Not all heads of state go in all cases. The format will be the same as in New York. He will not go to Washington.
