(24News) Eminent religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik was welcomed at the residence of Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
World citizenship Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik visited the residence of JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Dr. Zakir Naik was accompanied by his sons, Maulana Fazlur Rehman along with a high-level delegation welcomed him at his residence and Dr. Zakir Naik Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari, Maulana Asad Mehmood, Maulana Amjad Khan, Aslam Ghori, Maulana Abdul Wase, Maulana Rashid Soomro were also present on this occasion. Asjad Mahmood was with him.
Speaking to Dr. Zakir Naik on this occasion, the head of JUI said that he has brightened our house by coming to our house, his visit has brought more blessings to his mission, the way Dr. answered the questions. He is defended by the Muslim Ummah, many people have been enlightened with the light of faith by his invitation, Maulana Fazlur Rehman further said that the world should be enlightened by the beautiful face of the Islamic world and the unity and agreement of the Muslim Ummah. There is a common goal, the doctor is not a guest here, he is a host, this is his own home.
Dr Zakir Naik said that it was my wish to meet Maulana Fazlur Rehman which was fulfilled today, some friends came to meet me yesterday but I said first I will meet Maulana Fazlur Rehman, for me the most important profession was doctoring, then When I read the translation of the Holy Quran, I realized that all good professions are of invitation. I appreciate Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s efforts to unite the Muslim Ummah.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman presented bouquets and gifts to the distinguished guest, Dr. Zakir Naik gave a gift of perfume to Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Dr. Zakir Naik offered Maghrib prayer in the lead of Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
