The enthusiasm for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero once again aroused countless requests from fans to be able to have the video game dubbed into Latin American Spanish to finally have the first title in the franchise to make that important leap, taking into account that Bandai Namco has already done so with other games like the latest installment of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm or the remembered Saint Seia game: Soldier’s Souls.

Unfortunately, we have bad news, and it comes from the Dragon Ball Sparking Zero listing on Steam. As can be seen, among the languages that the game will support, there are only voices in: Japanese and English. While Spanish will only be limited to the interface and subtitles.

In September 2023, René García, Mexican actor in charge of giving life to Vegeta, revealed that one of the reasons why the dubbing of a Dragon Ball video game has not occurred is because no one from Bandai Namco has approached the actors. For its part, Bandai said at some point – during the premiere of Xenoverse 2 – that no agreement was reached with the Latin American voices.

There is a great hope in the Dragon Ball fandom to be able to have a video game from the saga with the iconic voices of Mario Chestnut, Rene Garcia, Charles Second, Gerardo Reyero and Eduardo Heronwho became very loved by the characters of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Freezer and Krillin. Bandai has not commented on the matter, nor when Dragon Ball Sparking Zero will be released.
