For Argentina, the participants in the 2024 Copa Sudamericana will be Boca Juniors, Racing, Defensa y Justicia, Lanús, Argentinos Juniors and Belgrano.

For Argentina, the participants in the 2024 Copa Libertadores will be River Plate (2023 Professional League champion), Central Rosary (2023 Professional League Cup champion), Students of La Plata (2023 Argentine Cup champion), Córdoba Workshops (first best placed in the general table of the season) and Saint Lawrence (second best placed in the general table of the season). Godoy Cruz (third best placed in the overall season table) was placed in the previous qualifying round, at the hands of Colo Colo.
