Lisbon: A study has found that drinking beer does not cause diabetes or heart disease.
The Center for Health Research in Portugal, a European country, recently conducted a study on people aged 23-58. They were given 330 ml of beer for four consecutive weeks. Four weeks later, when they were tested, the microbial activity was increasing. It prevents diabetes and heart disease. But drinking non-alcohol beer only increases the microbial activity.
Also, drinking beer does not add fat to the body; Neither should body weight. At the same time, the diversity of gut microbes also increases, the study concluded. At the same time, researchers have warned that drinking beer mixed with alcohol is harmful to health.
