Kochi: Producer Antony Perumbavoor finally made the official announcement of Drishyam-3 to answer the long-standing questions of the audience. His revelation was at Mazhavil Manorama’s Entertainer Awards. Although there were some hints of the film earlier, the announcement was made official this time.
The announcement was made at a function attended by Mohanlal. After the hints that Drishyam-3 will arrive, fan made posters of the film were also released. The first part of Drishyam was released in 2013. But Drishyam 2 was directly released in OTT. Released in 2021, the film received a great audience response.

On the other hand, Jeethu Joseph said in earlier interviews that the story ended in 2015 and that he did not think that the second part could be made. Jeethu Joseph said that if he gets a good idea, he will do it, while he has the climax of Drishyam 3 but no story.

Anyway, with the announcement of the third part, the audience is also very excited. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, Mohanlal, Meena, Esther Anil and Ansiba Hasan played the lead roles in Drishyam-1, although the main characters did not change much in the second part, but the star cast was a little bigger.
