A 68-year-old man died from a possible heart attack while driving his vehicle on Viaducto Presidente Miguel Alemán Valdés Avenue, on his way to a hospital for treatment.
Elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) They were carrying out patrols in the vicinity of the Roma neighborhood in the Cuauhtémoc Mayor’s Office, when they were alerted by personnel from the Command and Control center (C2) Center, of a car accident that occurred on the side of Viaducto, in which two drivers were involved.
Upon arriving at the scene, the officers realized that the driver of a blue vehicle was unconscious and had collided with another gray car driven by a 26-year-old man, who was unharmed.
The victim’s relative told the officers that minutes before, the 68-year-old man had called her to inform her that he was suffering from a pre-heart attack and that he was going to a hospital to be treated; as well as the route that would follow towards it.
Police guarded the area waiting for the arrival of expert services and informed the Public Ministry agent to carry out investigations into the case.
