jpnn.comARGENTINA – The drug dealer who supplied prohibited goods leading up to Liam Payne’s death was finally arrested in Argentina.
According to Billboard, the drug dealer’s name is Braian Paiz. He was charged as one of those involved in the death of Liam Payne.
Braian Paiz’s arrest was first reported by CBS News based on information from police officers in Argentina.
Brain Paiz was one of two dealers who provided drugs to Liam Payne before he was found dead on October 16 2024.
Liam Payne died after falling from the third floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
A preliminary autopsy report attributed the former One Direction member’s death to multiple trauma and bleeding suffered as a result of the fall. Meanwhile the toxicology report noted the presence of alcohol, cocaine and prescription antidepressants in Liam Payne’s system.
Before the accident, the receptionist at the hotel had made two emergency calls requesting medical services. The first request reported a guest trashing the room and the second expressed concern the guest may be in a dangerous condition.
Argentina’s National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office then charged 5 people in the case of Liam Payne’s death.
