Due to lack of weapons, attacks against Russia could not be launched

Russia has been waging war on Ukraine for more than a year. At the same time, the Ukrainian army has been fighting bravely against the Russian forces for a year with weapons from allied countries.

As Russian forces are now intensifying their efforts to capture the city of Pakmut in eastern Ukraine, there is a fierce battle between the two countries’ armies. Meanwhile, there are reports that Ukraine is preparing to launch a large-scale counter-attack against Russia, and Western countries including France have supported it. Ukrainian President Zelensky said that due to the lack of weapons, he could not launch a counterattack against Russia.

He said, “We are not yet able to launch an attack. Without artillery and missiles, we cannot send our brave soldiers to the front line.” He also said that he was waiting to receive weapons from allies and that the situation in the eastern part of the country was not favorable.
