A video clip shows Shanghai residents running out of an IKEA branch as officials ordered the store to close after tracing close contact of a coronavirus case to the site.

Officials had just ordered the store closed after a close contact of a coronavirus case was traced back to the site.

Shanghai authorities said the area around the store would be under “closed-loop” management for two days.

People inside must undergo a two-day quarantine in a government facility and five days of health monitoring.

Shanghai on Monday reported six locally transmitted coronavirus cases, five of which were asymptomatic.
