The festival started briskly at 9:30 a.m. with Réka Mihályi’s children’s concert “Masni és Pocó”, which quickly got the little ones moving. After the fun, interactive performance, the audience was amazed by the Ágacska musical puppet show, which provided pleasant relaxation for all spectators.
In the afternoon, the atmosphere of the festival increased further: the operetta show of Krisztina Szeredi and Győző Leblanc, then the performances of Barni Kiss and Peter Sramek brought smiles to the faces, and everyone forgot the cold weather for a while. However, the real rhythm was brought by the African dance and drum show from 6 p.m.
Bagossy Brothers Company is the highlight of Friday’s festival day
The real highlight of the evening was the performance of the Bagossy Brothers Company, which took the stage at 8 p.m. The band’s energetic concert quickly warmed the hearts of the audience, and the cool weather did not deter the fans. Arató Video Disco ended the first day with a nostalgic time travel from 21:30, guaranteeing that the good atmosphere of the festival will continue into the late evening.
Festival welcome: protocol and acknowledgments
The official opening speeches gave the day a special solemnity. The festival was opened by István Schrick, the mayor of Rácalmás, greeting the guests, including dr. Member of Parliament Lajos Mészáros and dr. Krisztián Molnár, President of the Municipality of Fejér Vármegye.
