On August 15, the police officers who were interested in a blue 208 as part of an investigation into other assassinations noticed that the vehicle was moving at the end of the afternoon. The car was equipped with a geolocation device and the search and intervention brigade followed it remotely to the Maison Blanche city where, although they did not visually witness the assassination, the officials heard the noise about twenty shots. They identified Thomas at the wheel and recognized the passenger – the shooter – wearing a Mickey hat. Two hours later, they arrested them almost in flagrante delicto, where the commando had retreated. Whoever was supposed to burn the car and the weapon is also arrested.
Thomas holds a CAP in cooking, he lives with his parents in a villa in a small village in Bouches-du-Rhône. Very quickly, he abandoned his job as a kitchen assistant to sell drugs in Nîmes and Campagne Lévêque, a city in Marseille and an important drug deal point. And, on his Snapchat account, he goes by a nickname that says it all: « Sicario 13090 ».

From the first moments of his custody, just a few hours after the murder, he explains how he was contacted to lead the shooter to the scene: “We had to go to the White House to resolve a problem that had happened before. He also talks about his recruiter, for whom he worked in narcotics and who noted the young man’s desire to “earn even more money”. It is [s]The first action for the DZ. That evening, there was just one injured. »
