Nala’s story started from the animal shelter. Her owner is Varisiri Mathchittiphan alias Pookie. She adopted Nala from a rescue center in Los Angeles. Pookie fell in love with Nala at first sight. Pookie started sharing her pictures with Nala on Instagram. Nala became a social media sensation in no time. Nala has more than 45 lakh followers on Instagram. Nala’s total wealth is 8.4 crore pounds. According to this, the price of one of her posts is on an average 12,000 pounds (about Rs 13 lakh).
Cat’s own cat food brand
In a TV show ‘This Morning’, Pookie told recently that Nala was one of the first cats to ‘talk’ through her posts on the internet. Because of this, she got a different identity.
