A magnitude 6.0 earthquake has hit Indonesia’s Talat Islands.
The country’s geophysical agency PMKG reported that the earthquake struck near Indonesia’s Talat Islands. The Geophysical Agency said the earthquake, which measured 6.0 on the Richter scale, occurred at a depth of 11 kilometers underground.

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake hit Indonesia’s Papua province earlier this week. 4 people died in this earthquake. PMKG said that there is no possibility of tsunami due to this earthquake.
