SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) – Even though it is not obliged to comply with the government decree that requires a quota of 30% of blacks in commissioned positions, as it is a public company, EBC (Empresa Brasil de Comunicação) already reaches this percentage.
An internal survey shows that 38.2% of those occupying these positions are black or brown, or 159 out of 416.
According to the company’s rules, only 30% of the commissioned functions can be exercised by non-public servants.
