Activists of the environmental movement Letzte Generation on April 24 blocked several streets in the center of Berlin, as reported on their social networks.
As transmits Day.Az with reference to News, several people glued themselves to the asphalt on Ernst Reiter Square, on Hardenberg Strasse and next to the Victory Column. As a result, huge traffic jams were formed. The purpose of the action is to draw attention to the problem of global warming.
“We will not accept that this government does not abide by our constitution. We will no longer accept that the government does not have a plan to stop the destruction of our livelihood. We are now resisting!” Letzte Generation said in a statement.
