The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has seized the properties of ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ winner Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya. It is reported that ED has taken a big step in the money laundering case related to illegal trade of snake venom. According to the report, ED has seized his properties located in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. It is being said that these properties of his have been confiscated under PMLA provisions.

ED already has records of his statements

ED has already interrogated Yadav and Fazilpuria several times in this matter. His statements are already on record. Noida Police had earlier arrested Elvish Yadav in connection with the illegal trade of snake venom. Later the ED registered a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

For quite some time, Elvish Yadav has been surrounded by serious allegations of supplying snake venom in rave parties. Everyone from the police to the ED have interrogated him in this matter. Recently, ED had also interrogated YouTuber Elvish Yadav for a long time on September 5. It was told that this interrogation lasted for about 8 hours.

Preparations were already underway to confiscate the properties.

Earlier in August also, ED had interrogated Elvish twice for a long time. Then it was told that preparations are being made to file a charge sheet against Elvish in the court. During the interrogation held in September, news was coming that preparations were being made to confiscate the properties of Elvish and singer Fazilpuriya. Actually, ED collected information about the earnings of Elvish and Singer. It was told that the song of Fazilpuriya in which snakes were shown had earned around Rs 50 lakh. Earlier on July 8, ED had also interrogated Fazilpuria for a long time.
