Eddy Thorpe Ruled Out of Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline
Eddy Thorpe will not compete in the Iron Survivor Challenge at WWE NXT Deadline.
WWE announced that Thorpe is not cleared to compete, so he is out of the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline. A suitable replacement will be named.
Thorpe won a Last Chance Qualifying Match on the December 3 episode of WWE NXT. He was then attacked backstage at the end of the show, leaving his status in doubt. Wes Lee, Je’Von Evans, Nathan Frazer, and Ethan Page are still set to compete in the match. The winner will earn a shot at the NXT Championship, which is currently held by Trick Williams.
