The fund will be benchmarked against the Nifty500 total return index and subscriptions for the Edelweiss Focused Equity Fund will open from today (July 12) to July 25 and will offer both direct and regular plans, the fund said.
The scheme will have its investments across all market cap and unique sectors. Trideep Bhattacharya, the manager of this fund, has also said that through this, investors can take advantage of a wide range of opportunities.
The fund will be managed by Trideep Bhattacharya, Chief Investment Officer, and Abhishek Gupta, Fund Manager, Equities AMC.
