Let’s talk about it: Eden Hasson, a singer on, with an endless throat, a voice that permeates the soul and crosses the heart. Performance of this talented – worth every penny, every second. And no matter what the ticket price.
Tonight I came to a performance of this magic in the city of Ashdod and even the Sahonia del Mo (31 degrees) did not bother any of the thousands. Hasson himself was the one who reminded his guests – including Ashdod’s parents, sisters and headmistress Dr. Yechiel Lasri – how hot it was several times (“Well, I admire you. By the way, Hasson’s sincere flirtation with the audience – ultimately makes the difference between a superstar and a humble superstar – who enjoys his audience and respects his audience (and also brought us a great title…). At the beginning of the show, Hasson brought up one of the children from the audience. The boy handed the singer a drawing. “Who drew the painting?” Hasson asked and the boy replied: “My sister and I …” The singer replied: “Soon I have an inshalla artist” and the audience roared “artist”.
There it does not end. During the show (excellent, yes?), Hasson – who will certainly stay here for a few more decades and even deserves it – brought up Ilai Almkeys – one of the followers who won a cover competition on Instagram about a month ago and another boy from the audience performed a spontaneous duet with him. Later also will persuade the participant from the audience to finish one of the songs.
What’s beautiful about a guy with a voice worth millions is the combination of heart and soul – which are the real millions, which he combines like the arms of a loving couple and serves them to the audience on a tray of gold, plus his captivating smile. “Leave phones, enjoy the moment” he told the audience, as he went down to them and performed intimate musical moments as if he were sitting at home with the guitar.
Finally, the show here is not over yet, but Eden Hasson made me write the things while singing in the background. “I want to dedicate the next song to myself… to the child I was” and then opened the voice with the hit “I grew a little old” and shook (again and again) the audience. “If you ever asked what should be… be you, just you” he conveyed a message to the audience that flew over him. And how much of a moment is it fun ?? The most in the world.
