The 26th edition of el artemiseño is ready, where we refer to the Union of Cuban Journalists (Upec), which on July 15 will celebrate its sixty years of creation. In Artemisa, regarding the commemoration, the five grassroots delegations will be protagonists of several days of exchange, improvement and jubilation.
