Education: Why I’m glad my daughter is learning Latin

I don’t want to pretend that I have a gifted child who is already foreseeable that it will grow into the new Theodor Mommsen or the next Indiana Jones. We probably have the only non-gifted child from Prenzlauer Berg. My daughter has friends, is also interested in everyday things, plays soccer and doesn’t constantly annoy those around her – how can she be highly talented?
