jpnn.comJAKARTA – Actor Edward Akbar denied committing car embezzlement as reported by his wife, Kimberly Ryder.
The denial was expressed through Edward Akbar’s attorney, Jundri R. Berutu.
He stressed that his client did not commit car embezzlement.
According to him, the car in Kimberly Ryder’s name was purchased at joint expense during their marriage.
“The car that was embezzled, if I’m not mistaken, was a BMW, an old BMW from 2021,” said Jundri as reported by Antara, Monday (5/8).
The police have postponed the examination of Edward Akbar regarding the alleged car embezzlement case based on Kimberly Ryder’s report.
South Jakarta Metro Police postponed the examination of Edward Akbar which was originally scheduled for Monday (5/8).
“That’s from EA to be asked to be postponed to August 12, 2024,” said Head of Public Relations Section (Kasi) of South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi.
