Jafar Idukki, Namitha Pramod, Johny Antony and Suresh Krishna are in the cast of the film. Filming has been completed in Mundakayam, Kuttikanam, Peerumedu, Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Dubai and the film is gearing up for premiere through Sony Live. Cinematography is done by Robbie Varghese. Nadirsha himself has composed the music.

Actor and filmmaker Suriya has released the motion poster of his upcoming film ‘Surya 42’, which is written and directed by Siva. The special effects heavy promo suggests a historical period look.
The promo starts with an eagle flying over the battlefield. Warriors on horseback are seen fighting each other with swords and axes. The bird then flies to a warrior. He stands on top of a rock and watches the battle below, the bird perched on his shoulder. Surya is the only warrior. “As we embark on our adventure, we seek your best wishes,” Suriya tweeted while sharing the motion poster.
The film will be shot in 3D format and will be released in 10 languages. This shows the scope of the project. Being a pan-India trend, the motion poster hints that Suriya is gearing up for a pan-world film with this untitled film tentatively titled #Suriya42.
