On the morning of Sunday, July 21, the work of the extraordinary general assembly of the Hellenic Philatelic Tennis Federation will take place in Ancient Olympia.
Initially, the extraordinary G.S. was scheduled for Saturday 7/20, but the member unions did not send the necessary documents for their representation and the 50% required was not completed, with the result that it was moved to Sunday.
The only union from the Dodecanese that will be present at the work of the extraordinary general meeting is the Rhodian Tennis Club, which will be represented by Vassilis Arapis (regular representative) and Evgenios Skourmallas (deputy representative).
Finally, it is worth noting the announcement issued by the EFOA for information, in which the following are mentioned:
“The representations of the Associations – Members of the EFOA that have been sent until 14.07.2024 at 24:00 do not exceed 50%, i.e. the 69 Associations – Members required to hold the Extraordinary General Assembly on 20.07.2024.
Following the above, the Extraordinary General Assembly will be held on Sunday 21.07.2024 at 10:00, according to the invitation of the General Assembly”.
