Now we have released “The Forest”, and in November – December – January we play plays and earn money. Relatively speaking, this is a period of accumulation. And there is a period when people do not go to the theater very actively, because there are holidays, holidays, May holidays. At these moments we can rehearse new names. This is a reasonable use of the resource; the theater must both earn money and rehearse. Now our sales department has become a very important advisory body. They have never been asked before about when and on what dates what is best to put on the poster. But who, besides them, knows on which days it would be good to play sold-out performances, and on which days those that sell less well. Thanks to these changes, we immediately began to earn an order of magnitude more. Simply through proper planning and distribution of the repertoire. But most importantly, I want to change the thinking inside the theater and the attitude towards business. This is one of my tasks as an atypical leader.
