Arrival schedules at the airport of one of the most important tourist cities in Egypt revealed that it will receive tens of thousands of tourists coming from dozens of European countries, during the period from Saturday until next Friday.
Abu Al-Hajjaj Al-Amari, a tourism expert, said that Marsa Alam Airport in Egypt received more than 30,000 tourists from 14 European countries during the current week on board 151 international flights.
Abu Al-Hajjaj Al-Amari, a tourism expert, added that tourist occupancy in Marsa Alam hotels has recently exceeded 85%.
Marsa Alam, in the southern Red Sea, is one of the most popular tourist cities in the world, with a unique and different environment, whether marine or terrestrial.
Al-Amari pointed out that 14 European nationalities are currently present in Marsa Alam, led by Germans, Poles, Belgians and Italians.
For his part, Bashar Abu Talib, head of the Red Sea Tourist Guides Syndicate, said that hotels and tourist resorts achieved a distinguished summer season in terms of booking rates.
Marsa Alam receives a variety of tourists, most of whom are nature and sea lovers as well as various wildlife, and nationalities arrive from various European airports.
