The Civil Guard has arrested eight minors in Crevillent (Alicante) for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
The eight arrested, to whom this alleged sexual assault is attributed, are between 15 and 17 years old. This Tuesday they were handed over to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim is also a minor, a 13-year-old girl with a disability. Apparently the events occurred for the first time in September 2022.
According to the newspaper ‘Ingencia’, the detainees forced the victim to perform fellatio on them. This is what the girl allegedly confessed to a counselor at her school, and she raised the alarm to the Minor Women’s Team of the Alicante command.
All those involved, as the same media points out, have denied the facts except one, who has admitted that the complainant performed fellatio on him but claims that it was consensual.
The Alicante Juvenile Court has agreed to release the eight detainees and has imposed a restraining order of 300 meters for six months for six of those arrested, according to the aforementioned newspaper.
