Returning to the town where you were born and sharing childhood memories with viewers are the main characteristics of ‘El camino a casa’, the new La Sexta program, produced by the network in collaboration with 7 and Acción (‘El hormiguero ), and in which he will accompany the famous on the exciting journey they made from their home to school.
On this journey, the renowned writer Albert Espinosa will be the confidant and presenter of a program created by him, which he already “had in mind” to do before writing ‘Pulsera rojas’. The first installment, whose premiere will be next Thursday, May 4 (10:30 p.m.), will feature the return to Ubrique of the right-handed Jesulín de Ubrique.
Espinosa points out that it was a program “that he wanted to do” because, in his case, he stopped going to school at the age of 14 after being diagnosed with steosarcoma, the most frequent type of bone cancer. «I always thought it was a very beautiful format. It has been the program that we have sold the fastest on a television», reveals the writer, who thanks Atresmedia for bringing his great fictional success, ‘Pulseras rojas’, to the open broadcast.
With ‘El camino a casa’, the presenter promises a lot of emotion, tenderness, but also laughter. «One of the themes was to get the six guests to cry. It was complicated, especially with Luis Tosar, but in the end everyone was moved », he adds.

Pocholo Martínez Bordiú will return after 40 years to meet his old friends from his wild childhood well-to-do in the Marbella of the 70s and, finally, the award-winning actor Luis Tosar will be moved to become again that boy who dreamed that the Lugo de the 80s was New York.
