The three appointed authority agents were installed in their functions during a ceremony chaired by the interim governor of the province of El Jadida, Mohamed Samir El Khamlichi, in the presence of representatives of the judicial authorities, heads of external services, local elected officials and civil society actors.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. El Khamlichi indicated that this mutation movement, which aims to breathe new blood into the action of the territorial administration, is part of the implementation of the High Royal Guidelines aimed at greater efficiency and optimal rationalization of human resources.
In this sense, he reviewed the economic and tourist assets of the province, inviting all stakeholders to fully mobilize to make El Jadida a vector of development serving the regional and national economy.
The province of El Jadida, added Mr. El Khamlichi, is engaged in major projects, citing in particular the desalination plants of Casablanca and Jorf Lasfar and the upcoming construction of five other “mono-bloc” plants.
The interim governor of the province of El Jadida thus called on the new authority agents to do everything possible to ensure the support of the various projects launched in the province, according to a policy of proximity and openness to citizens.
The Ministry of the Interior indicated that this transfer movement concerned 592 authority agents, or 23% of the total workforce of this body of the territorial administration, adding that this movement is part of a series of measures aimed at enhancing the human resources of the ministry within the body of authority agents.
