SUPREME RESOLUTION

WOMEN 021-2023-CHILD

Lima, July 22, 2023

CONSIDERING:

That, through Supreme Resolution No. 017-2023-TR, Mrs. ROSA BERTHA GUTIERREZ PALOMINO was appointed as State representative before the Board of Directors of Social Health Security – EsSalud, who holds the position of Executive President;

That, it is appropriate to conclude the appointment of the aforementioned representative and designate the new member of the Board of Directors of the Social Security of Health – EsSalud, on behalf of the State, who will hold the position of Executive President; and,

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29158, Organic Law of the Executive Branch; Law No. 27594, the Law that regulates the participation of the Executive Power in the appointment and designation of public officials; Law No. 31419, Law that establishes provisions to guarantee the suitability in the access and exercise of the public function of officials and managers of free designation and removal; and Law No. 27056, Law for the Creation of Social Health Security – EsSalud and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 002-99-TR;

RESOLVED:

Article 1.- Terminate the appointment of Mrs. ROSA BERTHA GUTIERREZ PALOMINO, in the position of Executive President and representative of the State before the Board of Directors of Social Health Security – EsSalud, thanking her for the services rendered.

Article 2.- Appoint Mr. CÉSAR OSWALDO LINARES AGUILAR, as representative of the State before the Board of Directors of Social Health Security – EsSalud, who will hold the position of Executive President.

Article 3.- This Supreme Resolution is endorsed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.
