Elements of the Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) of Mexico City arrested Javier N., alias The Flea, for his possible participation in the crime of homicide against a man, which occurred in February of this year in the mayor’s office Alvaro Obregon.
The capital’s justice body reported that as a result of the investigations, elements of the Investigative Police (PDI) located the alleged aggressor in the south of Mexico City to complete the court order against him, who also recently served a prison sentence.
The detectives, assigned to the Strategic Investigation Prosecutor’s Office of the crime of Homicide, of the General Coordination of Strategic Investigation, deployed cabinet and field work, which resulted in the location of the suspect in the General Anaya Colony, from the Benito Juárez mayor’s office, the local FGJ detailed.
Once located and fully identified, Javier N., known as The Flea, was notified by the uniformed of the arrest warrant against him; he was subsequently transferred to the facilities of the Eastern Men’s Preventive Prison and made available to the control judge who requested it.
The now detained is accused of his probable participation in the crime of homicide and according to the research, possibly assaulted a person with a firearm, causing death.
The Attorney General’s Office of the capital He said that according to the investigations, on February 17 in the Olivar del Conde neighborhood, in the Álvaro Obregón municipality, the subject known as The Flea He probably committed the assault with the firearm, days after leaving prison, against the victim, who was the boyfriend of his ex-partner.
The agency stressed that in compliance with the provisions of the National Code of Criminal Procedure and in accordance with the presumption of innocence, the person mentioned will be treated as such at all stages of the procedure, as long as his responsibility is not declared by a sentence issued by the jurisdictional body.
