In some images, “El Toro” can be seen dancing to songs by the group, such as the song by “El Alacrán,” better known as “Tumbando caña.”

According to users, the young man has fallen into drugs and alcohol, which is why he lives on the streets in Jalisco; others theorize that he works in a mechanic’s shop.

Although the reality of his situation is unknown, some people asked for support to help him.
“Come on, help him. Where are the promoters and companions of “El Toro”? He was a member of the legendary and famous band,” said a user on TikTok.

After his situation went viral and after some users asked for someone to intercede on his behalf, mainly for Banda Maguey to do so, the group has already spoken out on the matter.
In a photograph shared by the regional Mexican band on their official Instagram account, a user asked about the whereabouts of “El Toro.”
The group commented that they do not know this person and that he was never a member of the Maguey Band,
“The boy “Toro” was never a member nor do we know him personally. Some media outlets are using his image to gain views and followers,” the band explained.
