Elbit has conquered Sweden: This is the royal project you will carry out

Elbit Systems announced today (Thursday) that following a competitive process, the Swedish subsidiary it owns, Elbit Systems Sweden AB. Won a contract from the Swedish Procurement Manager to supply Albatross battle management systems for the Royal Swedish Navy. The contract, which is an amount that is not material to Elbit Systems, will be executed over a period of 34 months.

Elbit Systems Sweden will provide the Albatross battle management system for Spårö naval mines of the Swedish Royal Navy. Albatross is an open architecture scalable system based on the company’s E-CIX platform. The Albatross battle management system enables commanders and operators to obtain a unified operational picture that matches underwater detection and area tracking based on real-time data, video streaming and contract data, thus expanding the operational envelope, increasing flexibility and enabling effective decision-making in discharging naval mines.
